Middle School Forum is a one-day meeting of the GJCL that brings together middle school students from across Georgia to celebrate the significance of classics in the modern world. The event, meant to increase middle school engagement with the classics and the Junior Classical League, will offer interactive workshops, service projects, and academic competitions.

 

Students must be in middle school (grades 6-8) to participate in MS Forum but are not required to take Latin/Greek. Membership in the Junior Classical League is not required but encouraged. All beginner (Latin ½, I, II) students are welcome!

Details and Registration

 

Middle School Forum will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2024, from 9:00 am-2:00 pm at the Marist School (3790 Ashford Dunwoody Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30319).

 

The registration deadline is Thursday, February 15th (Cost: $15.00 per student, $5.00 per chaperone; $0 per sponsor). Each delegation must be accompanied by a sponsor and an appropriate number of chaperones per number of students in attendance: 1 adult for every 25 students.
