GJCL Chapter Dues/Fees Deadlines:

To remain in good standing, your local school's Junior Classical League must be a member of both GJCL and NJCL.  

 

National Junior Classical League (NJCL)  Chapter Memberships Update:

​

The NJCL website for memberships is not yet active (as of 10/15/2026).  However, you do need to sign up for your ACL membership on their new website. Once you sign up for an ACL membership on the new page, you'll be ready to register your NJCL local chapter, submit student names, and pay dues once their website is active. GJCL Student Membership Dues: $5 per student

GJCL Chapter Membership Dues:  Determined by Registration Date.

If GJCL Invoice Postmarked by November 15, 2026 or turned in at Fall Forum:  No Chapter Dues (Phase 1 Registration)  

 

If GJCL Invoice Postmarked between November 16 - December 5, 2026: $20 Chapter Dues (Phase 2 Registration)

 

If GJCL Invoice Postmarked any date AFTER December 5, 2026: $30 Chapter Dues (Phase 3 Registration)

 

Student Dues! NJCL dues are $5.00 a student, so GJCL dues are also $5 a student.  I've updated the GJCL phase one spreadsheet to clarify this change in formula.

 

Early Payment Incentive Program: The earliest registrants for GJCL Chapter Registration will get preferred cabin location at this spring's GJCL State Convention at Rock Eagle.  We want to encourage everyone to pay their whole chapter's state dues as soon as possible, so please be sure to follow the steps below so you can be one of the first to register your school's chapter with GJCL! We will use the postmarked date on your payments for determining earliest school registrations!

After the google form is processed, you should receive a PDF invoice via email.  If you do not receive this within 24 hours, please email Amber Stallings. Then send that printed invoice with school check payment to Alison Smock (our GJCL Treasurer) at the address listed on the invoice.

Members at Large:

If a Georgia student is a member-at-large (i.e. has no local JCL chapter), the student needs to complete the NJCL Member-at-Large Form on the NJCL Website and this google form below to join GJCL. These students also need to pay annual dues to the State JCL and to the NJCL. 

 

Once GJCL Members-at-Large fill out the google form, they should receive an emailed PDF invoice within 24 hours. If not, please email Amber Stallings.  They need to then send the PDF invoice with GJCL dues to Alison Smock our GJCL treasurer at the address on the invoice.
